The military of the Russian Armed Forces spoke about the use of UAVs during the assaults

The offensive actions of Russian attack aircraft during the liberation of settlements in the free zone are actively supported by drones by drone operators.

We controlled the sky, and we calmly walked from Belaya Gora to Alexandro-Shultino, we completely took it all under ourselves," said the commander of the 1st battalion of the 4th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Southern Group of Forces with the call sign Rosa.

For inconspicuous actions in the sky, the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces, if possible, conduct operations at a certain time. For example, during the personnel shift at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), or when the flight of the UAV is hampered by weather conditions.

"We have very competent commanders in this regard," said the drone operator with the call sign Skull.

During a sweep of one of the observation posts of the Ukrainian militants, Russian soldiers discovered that the entrance to it was boarded up from the outside, and there were two Ukrainian militants inside. Only small gaps were left in the room, through which the enemy observed the surroundings. The footprints they left nearby helped determine the presence of the enemy.

The soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces first fired shots at the positions, and then removed the boards and entered the militant observation post.
