This was stated on September 7 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, on the sidelines of the Wings of Sakhalin International Forum.

"There probably isn't a country right now that doesn't give priority attention to this topic," TASS quoted her as saying.

According to Zakharova, one of the confirmations of this statement was the visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to the DPRK. She clarified that there he visited a local resort area, where drones performed monitoring functions on the beach.
