The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) deployed a special forces detachment of the country's border service to Volchansk, Kharkiv region. This was reported on September 7 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The transfer of a special forces detachment of the border guard service of Ukraine "Dozor", which is part of the 10th city of Odessa, to the Volchansk direction is confirmed," TASS quoted the message as saying.

They added that American instructors had been involved in the military training of this detachment even before the start of the special military operation.
