Landscape fire in Crimea localized on an area of 150 hectares
A landscape fire on an area of 150 hectares in the Crimea in the Simferopol region has been localized. This was announced on September 6 by the main regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
"At 16:00 (coincides with Moscow time. — Ed.) the fire is localized," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.
A fire near the village of Kamyshinka in the Simferopol region became known earlier that day. It was clarified that dry vegetation was burning on the territory. Extinguishing was complicated due to the heat and windy weather. To eliminate the fire, rescuers dumped 15 tons of water. The operation involved 133 employees and 30 pieces of equipment, including the Mi-8 helicopter of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
