The Wings of Sakhalin International Forum has started at the Fluffy droneport

On September 6, the international forum of unmanned vehicles of all environments "Wings of Sakhalin" started at the Sakhalin Expo site at the Fluffy drone port in the Korsakov district. The opening ceremony of the forum was attended by the governor of the region Valery Limarenko. The event was held as a visiting venue for the 10th anniversary Eastern Economic Forum (WEF-2025).

On the opening day of the forum, there was also a drone parade at the dronoport, which took place in the same aviation space as conventional aviation. The universal unmanned Brazhnik system created in the region carried the flag of the Archipelago 2025 educational intensive in the sky, which was transferred to the region for the opening of the forum.

The audience also saw the flight of the unmanned aircraft "Stork" of the Aurora-Bas company. It was this drone that made the first flight according to aviation regulations from Okha Airport to Nikolaevsk-on-Amur Airport. Now he is being prepared for a flight to the Southern Kuril Islands. Also, a drone for the organization of light and pyrotechnic shows of the Geoscan company and other models of domestic production took to the sky.

Sakhalin's experience is beginning to be adopted by other regions of the district. On the first day of the forum, cooperation agreements were signed between the government of the Sakhalin Region and Russian developers of unmanned systems. With the IT company Sitronics KT, which is a developer of high-tech and marine solutions, the region will implement projects in the field of autonomous navigation and unmanned navigation, marine robotic complexes, including unmanned boats. With Aeromax company (part of AFK Sistema) — in the field of implementation of unmanned aircraft systems in aerologistics and infrastructure monitoring.

The aim of the project is to use drones to deliver goods, monitor the condition of roads, and power transmission lines. It is planned to create pilot zones where drones will fix defects in the roadway, monitor traffic flow, detect acts of vandalism at infrastructure facilities and diagnose the condition of power transmission lines. Data collection using artificial intelligence will improve the accuracy of analysis and reduce the time required for planning repairs.

The International Forum of unmanned vehicles of all environments "Wings of Sakhalin" will be held from September 6 to 8. Representatives of 19 countries of the world take part in it, 19 companies present their products. The event is a visiting venue of the Eastern Economic Forum. An important task of the event will be the formation of a scientific and technological base, production facilities, infrastructure and the training of qualified personnel for the unmanned industry.

From 5 to 7 September, the Wings of Sakhalin Aviation, Music and Sports festival will be held on the territory of the Fluffy drone port with the participation of local and invited bands.
