The Ministry of Digital Development has published a list of online services that will be available during the restrictions. The relevant information was provided on September 5 in the Telegram channel of the department.

"The measure will reduce the inconvenience for citizens caused by the necessary security shutdowns of the mobile Internet," the message said.

So, the list includes Gosuslugi, Zen, Yandex, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks, the national messenger Max, mail Mail.ru , Wildberries and Ozon marketplaces, Avito service and Rutube video hosting.

In addition, the list also includes the websites of the government and the presidential administration of Russia, the federal remote electronic voting platform (DEG), the official website of the Mir payment system and the telecom operators Beeline, MTS, MegaFon, T2 and Rostelecom.

According to the agency, this list will be updated.

On September 1, it became known that the largest telecom operators of the Russian Federation launched unlimited access to the MAX messenger. The Ministry of Finance clarified that this service is already provided by T2, Beeline, MegaFon and MTS. Subscribers can call, write and use other MAX functions without consuming the main package of Internet traffic. There is also no additional charge for unlimited access.
