When concluding agreements with Western countries, they first set the rules themselves, and then also unilaterally change them, which creates difficulties. This was announced on September 6 by Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, during the Eastern Economic Forum 2025 (WEF 2025).
