The status of "Moscow doctor" has been awarded to 70% of the heads of departments of the capital's clinics.

At the forum "Territory of the future. Moscow 2030" more than 150 heads of departments of Moscow clinics received the honorary title of "Moscow Doctor". This was announced on Friday, September 5, by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

She noted that in seven years hundreds of hospital buildings have been built and renovated in the city, but people remain the basis of the medicine of the future, the website notes. kp.ru . According to her, only the best specialists can manage the departments, so the mandatory status of "Moscow doctor" was introduced. The exam was made as difficult as possible, and 70% of managers — 1.2 thousand people — have already passed it, the Moscow City News agency reports.

To receive the title of doctor, it is necessary to confirm a high level of knowledge not only in his own, but also in related specialties, as well as possession of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, writes Moscow 24.
