Kim Jong-un declared his readiness to support the Russian Federation in the fight for security

The DPRK will support the Russians' struggle to protect Russia's sovereignty and security interests. This was stated on September 5 by the head of the republic, Kim Jong-un, in an address to the participants of the reception on the occasion of the upcoming 77th anniversary of the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

"We will fully support the struggle of the government and the army of the people of Russia aimed at protecting state sovereignty, territorial integrity and security interests. We also consider it our duty to our brothers. We will remain faithful to the agreement between the DPRK and the Russian Federation," the country's ambassador to Moscow, Shin Hong Chol, conveyed the words of the DPRK leader.
