Roman Kostomarov became a special guest of the HR Brand Club
Olympic champion Roman Kostomarov became a special guest of the annual event, which is held in support of the HR Brand award from hh.
This year, the HR-Brand Club meeting was held on the territory of the country's main sports complex, Luzhniki Stadium.
Kostomarov spoke about motivation and the ability to find the strength to move forward in any situation. "This is the second year I have been the ambassador of the DobroFON project, which I am very happy about. I participate in various events and communicate with the guys who are engaged in adaptive sports. They look at me and get inspired, because, of course, it's not easy for them. Especially when you're young and have your whole life ahead of you. There should be people around who support and motivate," Kostomarov shared.
The meeting was co-organized by Fonbet, which has been supporting its own Sports Territory nomination for three years. "This nomination is about caring for the well—being of employees through corporate sports events and programs aimed at fostering a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits," said Anastasia Kireenko, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Fonbet. "And it's not just about physical health, but also about mental health."
In the new year, the HR Brand Award will retain the main and special nominations. Among them are projects in the field of sports and health, digital innovation, inclusion, and youth work.
The award annually unites both small local enterprises and industry leaders. At the same time, the main principle of participation remains the approach to project implementation and the real effect of them. The organizers note that corporate sports today is not just about having a gym — consistency, employee engagement, and thoughtful gamification are important.
