The MAX messenger will work during mobile communication restrictions.

The national messenger MAX has been included in the list of services that will continue to operate in a pilot mode during periods of limited operation of the mobile Internet. This was reported on September 5 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

"Telecom operators in the pilot mode ensure the availability of the following services and sites during periods of limited operation of the mobile Internet: <...> VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru and the national messenger Max," the message says.

The Gosuslugi portal, Yandex services, popular marketplaces, Rutube video hosting, websites of the government and the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, major telecom operators and other services will also operate under restrictions.

The ministry stressed that the list will be updated.

On September 1, the Ministry of Finance reported that the largest telecom operators from the "big four" began to provide subscribers with the opportunity to use the MAX messenger without restrictions. It was clarified that this service is already provided by T2, Beeline, MegaFon and MTS.

On August 29, the MAX press service announced that the messenger has launched a new feature in the form of instant recording and sending video messages in the format of circles. The maximum recording time for a mug is 60 seconds. To start using the service, you need to update the app.
