Ukraine intends to discuss the deployment of a military contingent in the country only with states that are part of the "coalition of the willing." This was announced on September 5 by the representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Georgy Tikhy.

"The discussion of the presence of contingents in Ukraine is taking place only within the framework of the coalition of the willing," he said during a briefing that was broadcast on the YouTube channel "We are Ukraine."

This is how he commented on the possibility of sending military personnel from China to Ukrainian territory to guarantee the country's security after the conflict ends.

The day before, French President Emmanuel Macron indicated the readiness of 26 European countries to participate in ensuring Ukraine's security. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on August 31 that European countries are developing a specific plan for a possible military presence in Ukraine after the conflict ends, which will be fully supported by the capabilities of the United States.
