Employers increased the number of vacancies with AI requirements by 66%
Last summer (June–August 2025), Russian companies became 66% more likely to indicate in vacancies the requirement "knows how to work with artificial intelligence," analysts say. And this is not just a trend — they are willing to pay more for such skills.: applicants with knowledge of neural networks receive salaries on average 18% higher than a year ago.
Most of these vacancies are placed in the financial industry, as well as in the fields of marketing, advertising and PR, and technology companies. Most often, AI skills are required from sales managers: they use neural networks to fill out CRM, auto-reply in chat rooms, prepare invoices and personalized offers to customers. Marketers are also actively looking for AI specialists. They need to analyze customer data, create content (texts, images, videos), and customize ads through artificial intelligence. IT specialists are not far behind.: They assign complex calculations, big data analytics, and language model training to neural networks.
"Neural networks help employees automate their routine — fill out documents, respond to chats, and calculate commercial offers. This frees up time for creativity and strategic tasks," explains Dmitry Korolev, Director of HR—Tech at Avito.
In fact, knowledge of AI ceases to be a "plus" in a resume — it is already an almost mandatory skill for many professions. And employers are actively looking for such people, preparing to pay more for them.
