A man staged a stabbing on a playground in Peterborough

The stabbing conflict occurred on a playground in the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg. A group of young people could not get past two drunk men, reports 78.ru .

The incident occurred around 6 a.m. on Thursday, September 4. A preliminary investigation revealed that the two men had been drinking alcohol on the playground. A group of unknown people approached them. During a sudden quarrel, one of the strangers pulled out a knife and wounded his drinking buddies with it.

As a result, a 41-year-old resident of Krasny Selo and a 27-year-old resident of the village of Novogorelovo were stabbed. The eldest of them was hospitalized in a moderate condition. The victim received medical treatment and was released home.

On the same evening, the suspect in the attack was detained on Bronetankovaya Street. The attacker turned out to be a 37-year-old citizen. He is already at the police station and is giving evidence.

Earlier in September, it was reported that a 14-year-old schoolgirl was shot in the face with a flare pistol in St. Petersburg. She was hospitalized with a thermal burn and bilateral hearing loss.
