On September 3, Putin called on Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to come to Moscow if he is ready for negotiations. The Russian leader clarified that he had never ruled out the possibility of a meeting with the Ukrainian president, but questioned the expediency of holding it, RT reports.

Asafov noted that Kiev, as a platform for various negotiations, has shown that it is only possible to negotiate there about begging for weapons, putting pressure on Russia, and this place is discredited.

"The agreements that are taking place in Moscow are all absolutely reliable. These agreements are inviolable and are being implemented. And therefore, of course, from the point of view of the site, Moscow is certainly more constructive," the political scientist said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .
