A Voronezh resident was detained for financial assistance to the Ukrainian military, which he transferred to them in the form of cryptocurrency. This was reported on September 5 to the Public Relations Center of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia.

"It has been established that the attacker, intending to provide financial assistance to the Ukrainian armed forces, proactively established contact with representatives of foreign intelligence services in the Telegram messenger, after which he made money transfers in cryptocurrency to the accounts of a paramilitary association established under the control of the General Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine," the agency said in a statement.
