The effectiveness of the Russian negotiating group on the Ukrainian issue, led by presidential aides Vladimir Medinsky, is high. This was announced on September 5 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in the Izvestia studio during the Eastern Economic Forum 2025 (WEF 2025).
