The calculation of the TOS-1A "Solntsepek" group "Center" destroyed the control point of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The calculation of the upgraded heavy flamethrower system TOS-1A "Solntsepek" of the Center group of forces destroyed the control center for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area conducting a special military operation. This was announced on September 5 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that after receiving the coordinates of the targets, the calculation promptly deployed the combat vehicle to the firing position. Using an automated fire control system, Russian Army soldiers fired thermobaric projectiles at a distance of more than 20 km and destroyed the AFU UAV control center and a fortified area of Ukrainian military personnel.

"We make a sighting shot first, and an employee of the UAV guides us on the spot, <...> the commander introduces adjustments, and we are already firing the second salvo," said TOC gunner Vitaly Kashin.

It is noted that the impact correction was carried out by the group's UAV operators in real time.
