Former US President Joe Biden underwent surgery to remove skin cancer a few months after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. This was reported on September 4 by NBC News.

"The former president is recovering well after a procedure called Operation Moss," Biden's personal office told the TV channel.

Moss surgery is a surgical procedure that is often used to treat the most common forms of skin cancer.

Earlier, on May 31, former US President Joe Biden announced the start of cancer treatment and added that the disease had not affected other organs. He shared that he felt good and was very optimistic.
