Bloobmerg has learned about the intention of the "coalition of the willing" to turn Ukraine into a porcupine

The member countries of the so–called "coalition of the willing" have prepared a new plan for creating a security strategy for Ukraine. This was reported on September 4 by Bloomberg, citing sources.

"The plan is to turn Ukraine into a porcupine, a strategy also known as the Israeli or South Korean model," the publication says.

The idea of European politicians is to create a situation in which a new escalation would be excluded after the end of the conflict in Ukraine.

It is noted that the agency's interlocutor refused to give his name, since the negotiations of the "coalition of willing" are held confidentially behind closed doors.

On September 4, following the summit, French President Emmanuel Macron said that about 26 member countries of the coalition of the willing had expressed their readiness to send a military contingent to the territory of Ukraine. It is noted that these measures are provided as security guarantees for the Ukrainian side.

On August 31, European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen announced a specific plan for a possible military presence in Ukraine after the end of the conflict. Presumably, tens of thousands of European troops will form the basis of the troops, while receiving comprehensive support from the United States.
