Bloomberg has learned about the development of an advanced AI agent model DeepSeek
Chinese startup DeepSeek is developing a more advanced artificial intelligence model with advanced AI agent capabilities to compete with American companies such as OpenAI. This was reported by Bloomberg on September 4.
The new model will be designed to perform multi-step actions on behalf of the user with minimal user involvement. The system should also learn and improve based on its previous actions. Unlike regular chatbots, these new services are designed to perform more complex tasks.
According to the agency, the ultimate goal is to create increasingly autonomous AI systems capable of initiating and performing complex real—world actions with minimal human involvement.
Bloomberg reported on August 12 that Chinese authorities urged local companies to refrain from using Nvidia's H20 processors, especially in the public sector. There is no direct ban on the use of H20 in China. Local technology companies want to get these processors that work well in AI applications.
