Stoloto has donated more than 67 million rubles to charity in the first eight months of 2025. The largest distributor of the All-Russian state lotteries announced this on the International Charity Day.

A significant part of the amount was generated thanks to lottery participants who actively support social initiatives, Stoloto emphasized. Part of the funds is aimed at supporting more than 20 projects in various fields, the rest will be distributed among other beneficiaries by the end of the year. Among the recipients of assistance are the Alapaevsky Diocesan Humanitarian Center "Thank You", the Center for Army Hand-to-Hand Combat in Irkutsk, the Stavropol Regional Gerontological Center, the Spina Bifida Charitable Foundation and other organizations.

"Lottery participants make an invaluable contribution to Stoloto's charitable initiatives, responding vividly to new projects. It is thanks to their support that we annually increase the volume of assistance and create new tools that always receive a warm response," said Oksana Tubman, Director of Sponsorship and CSR at S8 Capital Holding.

In particular, in the spring of 2025, the third charity Easter edition of the Russian Lotto was held. By tradition, 10 rubles from each ticket sold were sent to the Orthodox relief service Mercy, which raised 48.7 million rubles. These funds will be distributed throughout the year to support social projects throughout Russia, including targeted assistance to those in need, as well as medical and humanitarian support. Over the three years of the Easter charity runs, the company has supported more than 120 social projects across the country, transferring over 150 million rubles. Thus, each participant in the edition contributes to the fact that someone's life will soon change for the better.

The company called the charity edition of the Russian Lotto, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory, a landmark event of 2025. As a result, 15 million rubles were allocated to the Memory of Generations Foundation for targeted assistance to veterans and medical institutions. These funds were formed from a portion of the proceeds from the circulation, fees on the Stoloto fundraising platform and donations from the company's employees. It is important to emphasize that collecting such a significant amount would not have been possible without the active support of lottery participants, who traditionally make the greatest contribution to the company's charitable initiatives.

In addition, in the spring of 2025, Stoloto launched the fundraising platform "Together for Others" on its website, where anyone can choose social activities and donate money to them. Charity projects on the platform are updated as the required amount is collected. This allows projects that have not won the Stoloto grant competition to receive the necessary financial support.

"Stoloto's fundraising platform will become an important tool for the systematic support of charities and NGOs," Tubman believes. At the same time, the lion's share of project financing is private donations that come from lottery participants and users of the Stoloto website, she noted. "Helping others is impossible to lose," Tubman stressed.

The first result of the platform's work was the collection of more than 700 thousand rubles for the Oncologica Foundation. The funds were used to pay for tickets for cancer patients in need of treatment in another city — thanks to this, 47 people were able to get to clinics on time and receive vital therapy and examinations.

In July 2025, the company summed up the results of the next VIII grant competition for non—profit organizations (the grant competition has been held twice a year since 2021 - in the second and fourth quarters), Four winners received 600 thousand rubles each for the implementation of socially significant projects aimed at helping children left without parental care, people with disabilities and elderly people. In 2025, the grant competition for NGOs showed record growth — the number of applications at the first stage increased by 56% compared to 2024. In just four years of the competition, 31 projects of non-profit organizations across Russia totaling over 15 million rubles have received support, Stoloto reported.

Among the winners of the competition is the Spina Bifida Charitable Foundation, which will allocate funds for comprehensive assistance to orphaned children diagnosed with spina bifida. Within the framework of the project, 50 children from 17 regions of the country will receive consultations from specialized specialists.

Another recipient of the grant, the Autonomous non—profit organization Our Sunny World, is implementing the Malysh program to adapt children with autism spectrum disorders to kindergarten. Ten preschoolers will take a course to develop social, household and communication skills.

Since 2014, all lotteries in Russia have been state—owned, organized by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Sports. They are conducted under the state supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. State lotteries distributed by Stoloto are a significant source of replenishment of budgets at various levels of the Russian Federation in order to finance socially significant facilities and events.
