The eco-trail on Vetlan began to be equipped in the Perm region

The ecotropa began to be built on Vetlan Mountain in the Perm Region. The natural site is considered one of the main attractions of the region, the press service of the regional directorate of protected areas reports on Telegram.

Currently, construction is underway to climb the Vetlan stone from the lower trail. This route has been completely blocked for visitors. To visit the viewing platforms, it is recommended to use the upper trail through the forest from the Rodniki campsite.

The authorities announced the implementation of the project back in 2021. The plans were to start construction in 2022. As a result, the contractor selection competition was held only in 2025. The bidding was won by the company "Vial Group", writes the news agency " <url>".

The builders will have to equip the entrance area with a recreation area at the beginning of the ascent, install ladders along the entire length of the route, as well as equip the upper section with recreation areas and viewing platforms. The cost of the work is 65.4 million rubles, and it should be completed by July 31, 2026.

Vetlan is a 1.7 km long rock massif located on the left bank of the Vishera River, a few kilometers from Krasnovishersk. The Vetlan stone is one of the clusters of the Permsky Nature Park.
