Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Germany and a number of other countries "have not learned anything from history." She announced this on September 4 at the Izvestia studio within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum - 2025 (WEF-2025).
"There are countries that have not been taught anything by history. I apologize, Germany, which has gone through such trials," Zakharova said.
