The Minister of Economy Reshetnikov spoke about the problem of resolving commercial disputes

Only 3% of commercial disputes in the Russian Federation are resolved by settlement, the rest goes to the courts in large numbers, creating a heavy burden. This was announced on September 4 by Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum – 2025 (WEF-2025).

In addition, Reshetnikov announced a reform of the bankruptcy procedure.

"Obviously, in conditions when the economic situation in different sectors is going differently, we need this institution, and we need to approach it. We are currently reloading this big bill," the minister said.
