Dmitry Protopopov, Executive Director of the Individuum Print publishing house, was included in the list of terrorists and extremists. This was reported on the Rosfinmonitoring website.

On May 15, Anatoly Norovyatkin, Director of distribution at Eksmo publishing house, and about 10 people were detained in Moscow during the investigation of a criminal case on extremism. They face up to eight years in prison for LGBT propaganda. Subsequently, the main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow reported the detention of members of an extremist organization suspected of publishing and selling books containing LGBT propaganda. Thus, three employees of Individual Print LLC, based on selfish goals, were engaged in the publication and sale of prohibited publications. Their list was later provided by Eksmo.
On the same day, the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction reported that Pavel Ivanov, Sales director of Individual Print LLC (recognized as a foreign agent), Artem Vakhlyaev, an employee of Individuum and Popcorn Books publishers, and Protopopov, the head of these publishers, were accused of committing a crime in accordance with Part 3 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of extremist activities organizations using their official position"). A preventive measure in the form of house arrest was chosen against them.
