It is noted that the writer died on August 24. The cause of death was prolonged dementia.
Michael Bywater was born in 1953 in Nottingham, Great Britain. He also completed a postgraduate degree in theatre studies at Cardiff University. For more than ten years, the publicist has worked as a staff editor and columnist for Punch magazine, including in the Bargepole column, and participated in The Daily Telegraph and The Times. In 1998, the writer appeared in the BBC Radio 4 political-satirical program "Cartoons, Lampoons and Buffoons".
In addition, Bywater created interactive art games, including The Starship Titanic, and also participated in the work on the film Bureaucracy. Bywater wrote the essay "Lost Worlds" and the collection "Chronicles of the Barge Floor".
