The large-scale premiere of the action-packed detective story "Red Silk" will take place on September 4. This project has become an example of cooperation and unification of cultures of Russia and China. The film has found success with the Russian audience and is currently in the spotlight in China. Viktor Sineok, a correspondent for Izvestia, told about this on September 3.

So, on September 6, the film will be released in a big release. The director of "Red Silk" Andrei Volgin noted that in the scenes of the film, the actors speak two languages at once.

"Our actors speak in their own voices in Chinese. It was hard and painful. If an artist does not have a musical education, it is almost impossible. We were lucky that almost all the artists had it, because tonality is important here," Volgin said.

In Russia, the film has already collected record collections in its genre, now the Chinese must evaluate the picture. The potential audience is huge — there are a record number of cinemas in China, and "Red Silk" is being released as a local film without restrictions for foreigners.

The film was created with the participation of NMG Kinoprokat, a company that is part of the National Media Group holding. From the Chinese side, China Media Group provides support in the promotion. The shooting of the film has been repeatedly discussed personally by the leaders of the two countries — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Leader Xi Jinping. The release is timed to coincide with Putin's trip to Beijing.
