Karina Miley, the sister of Argentine President Javier Miley and Secretary General of the country's administration, is accused of participating in corruption schemes in medical contracts. This was reported on September 2 by CNN Espanol.

It is noted that personal conversations of Karina Miley and other officials were recorded, which proved Miley's involvement in corrupt activities. The press secretary of the President of Argentina, Manuel Adorni, told about this in his social networks.

"Karina Miley was criminally charged with being a direct beneficiary of a potential corruption scheme, the funds of which were returned through the National Agency for the Disabled (ANDIS)," the TV channel added.

It is specified that Miley received bribes of at least $800,000 to national and local legislative bodies.

The authenticity of the audio recordings is currently being established. A criminal case was opened.
