Kindergarten for 300 places to be built in a new neighborhood in Krasnoyarsk

A kindergarten for 300 children will be built on the territory of the new Yudinsky microdistrict in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk. This is reported by the city administration.

According to the company "SZ "Universalstroy" LLC, which is developing an integrated development area of 157.9 hectares in the district, the design of the kindergarten will begin this fall.

A site has been selected for construction in the area of Stanovoy Street. The design of the kindergarten will begin this fall, and it is planned to build the facility by 2028.

According to KrasnoarskMedia news agency, the kindergarten will appear in the new Yudinsky microdistrict, where the first stage of eight residential buildings is currently being built. This is the territory of integrated development in the Oktyabrsky district. The land area of 157.9 hectares is being developed by OOO "SZ "Universalstroy".

In the near future, it is also planned to identify a contractor for the design of a new school for 1,280 places.
