An innovative school with 825 places will be built in the Nizhny Novgorod region of Moscow

Construction of an innovative school with 825 places has begun in the south-east of Moscow. The educational institution has planned robo-classes, an IT training ground, as well as equipped educational spaces for studying natural science disciplines, including astronomy. After the social facility is put into operation, the developer will transfer it to the city: education for all children will be free.

The school with an area of more than 13 thousand square meters is being built at a distance of less than 1 km from the Nizhny Novgorod metro station, in a developing area of modern development. The building, with sections up to four floors high, will be located along Ryazansky Prospekt, but will be separated from the noisy thoroughfare by residential buildings.

In Moscow, we will build a real educational cluster that will become a modern and technological growth point for children of the Nizhny Novgorod region," said Dmitry Rogatykh, CEO of Aquilon Moscow Group, which is the developer of the social facility.

The school's facilities include several gyms with locker rooms and showers, a multifunctional library center, and two assembly halls with a capacity of 200 students each. The block for the study of natural science disciplines will include laboratory and research complexes for biochemistry, astronomy, as well as for conducting physical experiments.

The space of the educational institution will be divided into zones for younger and older students, which will allow for the separation of streams of children of different age groups. The spacious recreation areas with upholstered furniture are designed to provide opportunities for children to play together, as well as for private extracurricular activities and recreation.

The architectural solutions developed by the developer's team are based on the contrast of the snow-white main volume with the "superstructure" of deep graphite color. The dynamics of the composition will add delicate accents. On the territory of the school with an area of about 5.5thousand square meters, in addition to the stadium, playgrounds and sports grounds, there is a zone for practical classes in biology and fine arts. During the landscaping work, both ornamental and field plants, as well as vegetable crops and a fruit and berry nursery will be planted. The school is being built as part of the Aquilon BESIDE 2.0 project for 1,106 apartments.

Aquilon Group has already commissioned more than 22,000 square meters of social real estate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region and Severodvinsk. Currently, the developer is building two schools and three kindergartens with a total capacity of 1.7 thousand places in St. Petersburg.
