Belarus will continue to support Russia's actions to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 2.

Lukashenko also congratulated his Russian counterpart on a successful meeting with US President Donald Trump during the Alaska summit.
