Indian Summer will begin in the capital region on September 3. Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather center, announced this in his Telegram channel on Tuesday, September 2.

"The crest of the Scandinavian anticyclone will interfere with the formation of the weather. Coming from the north, it will make the clouds less dense and reduce the likelihood of rain to a minimum, which will have a positive effect on the temperature, and the thermometer readings will return to the climatic norm — +18...+20 degrees is expected — Indian summer starts," the Moscow City News agency quotes the forecaster.

Leus noted that on September 4, there will be more clearings in the clouds over Moscow and the temperature background will sometimes exceed the 20-degree mark, which is slightly higher than normal. No precipitation is expected.

Sunny, dry and warm weather is forecast by the end of the week, with temperatures around +21...+23 degrees, writes Life.Ru .

"On the first day off, the anticyclone will keep the weather sunny and dry in the capital, and the temperature will change little and remain in the zone of comfortable August warmth," he concluded.

According to him, the first half of the month is expected to be especially comfortable, when the thermometer in Moscow will constantly tend to a 20-degree altitude.
