The son of French actor Alain Delon, Alain-Fabien Delon, appealed to a Paris court with a demand to annul his father's will. This was reported on September 2 by RTL Radio.

"Alain-Fabien Delon is filing a lawsuit to invalidate his father's will in a Paris court. Through his lawyer, Florence Watrin, he is filing a lawsuit against his sister Anoushka, half—brother Anthony and three executors responsible for the execution of Alain Delon's will," the article says.

Delon Jr.'s lawyer claims that Alain Delon "lost his remaining judgment" when he made his will in November 2022. The actor's son asks to annul the will.

The hearing of the civil claim is scheduled for March 9, 2026.

Alain Delon passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 88. He performed hundreds of roles in theater and cinema, was a director, screenwriter and producer. Delon gained worldwide fame after such films as Rocco and His Brothers (1960), In the Bright Sun (1960) and Samurai (1967). For his film roles, the actor was awarded the Cesar Award and the Palme d'Or.

In September last year, Le Figaro reported that the actor's will had been passed on to his children. Delon's eldest son Anthony stated that 50% of the inheritance, which is estimated at € 150 million, will go to his sister Anushka. The sons will receive 25% of the actor's property.
