Russia and the United States are planning another round of consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs. This was announced on September 2 by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
"The next round of inter-ministerial consultations is now planned. There are a lot of issues that remain unresolved," Ushakov said in an interview with Channel One.
