Media registration for the V Congress of Young Scientists is open

From September 1 to November 3, 2025, online registration of representatives of the media and the blogosphere for the events of the jubilee, V Congress of Young Scientists is taking place. The Congress will be held on November 26-28 at the Sirius University of Science and Technology. The program of the V Congress will focus on the topics and priorities of the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of Russia, updated in 2024. An exhibition of modern high-tech Russian technologies and the experience of companies and state corporations in implementing the priorities of the Scientific and Technological Development Strategy will be organized at the Congress site. The Congress will include events dedicated to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the development of the scientific heritage of the war years, as well as the feat of scientists and teachers during the war.

The Congress of Young Scientists is a key annual event of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2022-2031. The Congress brings together prominent leaders of Russian science, representatives of leading scientific schools from different regions of Russia, scientific and educational organizations, government authorities, industrial partners, business representatives and state corporations, and most importantly, young scientists, engineers, competition winners, grant recipients, students and schoolchildren from Russia and other countries. The Congress of Young Scientists is being held within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children".

In order to involve the Russian scientific community in solving the most important tasks of the regions, satellite events have been held annually since 2022 on the eve of the Congress. In 2025, satellite events of the V Congress will be held in the Krasnodar Territory, Tula and Sakhalin regions.
