Immersive concert and film premiere will be included in the program of the "Soul of Russia" project at the WEF-2025

The Roscongress Foundation's sociocreative platform, the Innosocium Foundation, will hold a series of events within the framework of the Soul of Russia project at the tenth anniversary Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in Vladivostok on September 3-6. The WEF is organized by the Roscongress Foundation.

"The Soul of Russia project is a strategic initiative that embodies the civilizational mission of our country and demonstrates the unity that is being formed in the cultural diversity of the peoples of Russia. The integration of the project's events into the program of the Eastern Economic Forum underlines the importance of the Far East as a center for dialogue between cultures of the Asia-Pacific region. It is particularly important that the project is presented at key events of the Roscongress Foundation. This makes it possible not only to combine traditions and innovations, but also to strengthen Russia's role in shaping a multipolar world based on common values and mutual respect. The project helps to strengthen international humanitarian cooperation and creates the basis for sustainable development. The events of the project within the framework of the jubilee WEF will introduce participants to the peculiarities of Russia's cultural code and give them the opportunity to touch its rich heritage," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the WEF Organizing Committee.

The cultural program of the WEF – Vladivostok Seasons Cultural Festival will open on the opening day of the Eastern Economic Forum with an immersive concert "Soul of Russia. Russia to the world." The concert was organized by the Roscongress Foundation's sociocreative platform, the Innosocium Foundation, in partnership with the Mariinsky Theater and the Writers' Union of Russia with the support of PJSC PSB Bank as part of the Soul of Russia project. The Far East." The event will take place on September 3 at 18:00 on the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theater. It will unite the traditions of Russian poetry and music, modern forms of music and performing arts, forming a dialogue between epochs and cultures. The concert program includes performers and soloists from Russia and China, the event is timed to coincide with the end of the cross-years of cultural cooperation between the two countries.

On September 4, at 18:30 local time, the All-Russian premiere of the film "The King of the Night" will take place at the Okean cinema. The series tells the story of a brother and sister in the early 20th century in St. Petersburg, who, overcoming dangers and conspiracies, try to reunite and choose between good and evil. Starring: Elizaveta Boyarskaya, Vladimir Vdovichenkov. In Vladivostok, the film will be presented by actor Alexander Galibin, who also starred in this film.

During the WEF, residents and guests of Primorsky Krai will be shown popular art and animated films at various venues in the region. During more than 70 film screenings of the project "Soul of Russia. The Far East will also present the works of the winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Documentary Film Festival "Unknown Russia". Among them are the film "Territory of Affection" by Anastasia Tarasova, a large–scale documentary study on the topic of contactless study and rescue of wild animals; the painting "I Keep Dancing" by Natalia Fefelova, telling the stories of an American, Japanese, Canadian, French and Brazilian working as Russian ballet dancers in different Russian cities; the project "Big Sky of Small Aircraft" Andrey Titov and Natalia Savras on the current state and future of small aircraft in Russia. The film screenings are held within the framework of an agreement between the Innosocium Foundation and the NTV television company, the creator of the project and the festival of the same name "Unknown Russia", signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum - 2025.

The WEF will also feature a multimedia catalog of new collections of Russian brands previously shown at the Soul of Russia pavilion at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

In addition, as part of the Eastern Economic Forum, the Innosocium Foundation is organizing a Forum for Creative Industries, which will include a presentation of a joint study with VTSIOM entitled "The Soul of Russia in Audiovisual Culture" and the launch of a competition for students entitled "The Soul of Russia. Promysly", aimed at promoting authentic Russian brands and productions that have their own global history and ideology and are correlated with the cultural code of the country.

The forum will be held on September 3. The key theme is "Ideas as an economy: creativity as a resource for the development of regions and countries." More than 10 strategic sessions are planned on gastronomy as part of the experience economy, the integration of artificial intelligence into the production of creative products, the investment potential of Russian content, the event industry in the Far East, the future of literature in the digital age, and other topics.

The tenth Eastern Economic Forum will be held on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University. The main theme this year is "The Far East: cooperation for peace and prosperity."
