The Perovsky Court of Moscow banned Mark Zilberkwith, the head of the Muzyka publishing house, from leaving Russia, and also seized his property. This is stated in court documents, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on September 2.

"Ban Silberquit <...> departure from the Russian Federation. To oblige the border guard service of the FSB of Russia to ensure strict compliance with measures to secure a claim in the form of a ban <...> to leave the Russian Federation," the documents state.

In addition, the court also banned the relatives of the owner of the Muzyka publishing house from leaving Russia, as they are the defendants in the lawsuit. It is known that the trial will begin on September 11, adds "Газета.Ru ".

Earlier, on August 29, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office demanded that the assets of the head of the Muzyka publishing house be seized for violating anti-corruption legislation. The lawsuit was filed in the Perovsky Court of Moscow and was considered as part of a large-scale anti-corruption fight by the Prosecutor General's Office, which is under the personal control of Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov.
