A company has been selected to repair the Perm biathlon complex

Perm has chosen a contractor who will repair the biathlon complex. The design and construction work on the reconstruction of the ski and biathlon center on the territory of the Perm Bears base will be carried out by Techdorgroup LLC.

The company became the only participant in the procurement procedure. The contract amount is 991 million rubles, according to the <url> news agency.

The contractor will have to build roller ski trails with a total length of at least 5 km, equip the congresses, equip collapsible stands for 1,000 spectators, erect a referee building and a shooting range. The technical specification on the public procurement portal says that the capacity of the sports complex will be 240 people per shift.

The base became the property of the region in 2021 after it was acquired at the bankruptcy auction of Ecoprombank. Management of the facility was transferred to the specialized Olympic reserve school "Start".

Design work should begin no later than September 30, 2025, and construction should begin on April 26, 2026. It is necessary to complete all work and hand over the facility on November 24, 2027.

The agency reminds that Perm is planning to build a new road to the biathlon complex. The works are estimated at 460 million rubles.

At the end of July, it was reported that construction of the next stage of a new highway on Stroitelei Street had begun in Perm. A new section of the highway will be laid from Malkov Street to the Cosmonauts Highway. The road builders have already started rebuilding engineering communications and laying the foundation of the future road.
