Siluanov spoke about the prospects of cooperation between Russia and China

Russia and China have many common projects in areas such as energy and finance. On September 2, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told Izvestia about this.

"China is our key trading partner. The trade turnover exceeds $240 billion, and we need to further increase our mutual trade for the benefit of the entire economy," he said.

The Minister noted that both countries have joint energy and financial projects. Russia and China also have many topics for mutual cooperation.

"As for finance, first of all, these are payment systems. We say that we have common financial institutions within the framework of BRICS," Siluanov said.

According to him, the countries also have many financial challenges, including the creation of reinsurance companies and inter-deposit bridges.
