Partly cloudy skies, light rain in places in the region — this weather awaits residents of the capital region on Tuesday, September 2. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +17 to +19 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +11.

In the Moscow region, it will be from +16 to +21 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to +8.

A northwesterly wind is expected to change to a northerly wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s.

The atmospheric pressure will be from 746 mmHg.

Earlier, on September 1, Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, announced that the Indian summer period in Moscow would last longer than usual. According to him, the first half of the month is expected to be especially comfortable, when the thermometer in Moscow will constantly tend to a 20-degree altitude.

On August 29, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, announced that the air temperature in all regions of the Russian Federation, with the exception of Chukotka, would exceed the norm for 10 days. He noted that this period, which began on August 29, will last until September 7.
