Russia's largest telecom operators have launched unlimited access to the MAX messenger

The largest telecom operators from the "big four" have begun to provide subscribers with the opportunity to use the MAX messenger without restrictions. This was announced on September 1 by the Ministry of Finance of Russia.

"Telecom operators from the Big Four have begun to provide their subscribers with the opportunity to use the MAX messenger without restrictions. The service is available to those who are connected to tariffs with unlimited traffic on messengers," the agency said in a message on its Telegram channel.

The Ministry of Finance clarified that this service is already provided by T2, Beeline, Megafon and MTS. Subscribers can call, write and use other MAX functions without consuming the main package of Internet traffic. There is also no additional charge for unlimited access.
