In the town of Gusev, Kaliningrad region, a schoolgirl was severely beaten by her peers. This was reported on September 1 in the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.
"It is reported on social media that in the city of Gusev, Kaliningrad region, a schoolgirl was brutally beaten by her peers," the department said in a Telegram channel message.
According to TASS, a 13-year-old schoolgirl was beaten by two girls aged 13 and 14.
A criminal case has also been opened into the incident on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism"). In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, requested a report on the progress of the investigation.
