Kalashnikov Concern has produced the first batch of the AM-17 assault rifle

The Kalashnikov Concern has manufactured the first batch of the 5.45-millimeter small-size AM-17 assault rifle. This was announced on September 1 in the Telegram channel of the concern.

"The AM-17 was designed at the Kalashnikov Design and Technology Center on behalf of military personnel as a promising self-defense weapon for calculations of military equipment, as well as for arming soldiers of special forces of the army and law enforcement forces. <...> The AM-17 is ready for new tests in the interests of the customer, development work is fully completed," — it is stated in the message.
