On September 1, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov joked that he was not paying for anything at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in China.

On the sidelines of the SCO summit in Tianjin, journalist Alexander Yunashev asked the minister how he pays in China.

"I don't pay for anything at all," he replied to a reporter's question.
