On September 1, ROCK FM radio station will launch a series of programs about the school years of world rock stars under the playful name "School bastards".

The host Bender will tell fascinating details from the life of musicians at a time when they were not yet popular. For example, Roger Daltrey, the vocalist of the rock band The Who, worked as a school tailor since childhood, Ozzy Osbourne, as a teenager, was an excellent craftsman and got A's in his work, and Keith Richards, the vocalist and co-songwriter of The Rolling Stones, once skillfully outwitted a physical education teacher during a cross-country race. These and numerous other stories will be broadcast on the radio station during the first week of September.

"ROCK FM radio is listened to weekly in Moscow by more than 110,000 people aged 12 to 18, according to Mediascope. I'm sure it will be incredibly interesting for young people to learn that their idols were once the same teenagers with their own dreams and problems. These stories blur the line between stars and listeners, reminding us that every great man started his career at an ordinary school desk. I wish all schoolchildren and students good grades on September 1 and find something to do in life," said Alexander Fukovsky, Program Director of ROCK FM radio station.
