Wilfand predicted warm weather in the European part of the Russian Federation in September

The average monthly temperature in September is expected to be above normal in almost the entire European part of the Russian Federation, while in the rest of Russia the temperature background will be near normal. This was announced on September 1 by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.

"In the European territory of Russia, almost the entire territory, temperatures are forecast above normal, and a warm September is expected in the territory, in fact, as far as the Urals," he said in an interview with Interfax.
