Since September 1, Russia has banned business in dachas and hiring for harvesting. This is stated in the text of the federal law, published on August 31 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

According to the document, the creation of gardening territories on agricultural lands is prohibited, the new rules also restrict gardening and horticulture without establishing partnerships on lands where this type of activity is not provided for by the legal regime.
