Sobyanin announced the exhibition "Restoration"

The fourth exhibition "Restoration" will be held in Moscow from December 4-7. This year it will be dedicated to import substitution in restoration materials and technologies, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his channel at the IACH.

"We will gather industry professionals, suppliers of restoration materials, design institutes, manufacturing companies, educational institutions and museums," the mayor said.

Russian manufacturers will present more than 100 domestic solutions and technologies for the preservation of architectural monuments. The exhibition program includes over 200 events: restoration workshops, professional discussions, round tables and other events. The participants will demonstrate new developments, discuss the restoration of ancient restoration technologies and issues of preserving cultural heritage sites.

The exhibition will traditionally feature competitions of young restorers among students of specialized secondary and higher educational institutions from different regions of Russia.

The event will take place in the historical building of the printing house of Ivan Sytin, which is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance.
