Military personnel of the 44th Army Corps of the North group of forces conducted liturgical worship in a field church in the special military operation zone in the Kharkov direction. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 31.

The command of the North group of forces pays great attention to the spiritual education of personnel, considering it important to strengthen morale and combat readiness.

"A service took place in our underground temple, products such as apples and honey were illuminated, which will be served in the dining room. <...> These products will be delivered to the military personnel who <...> are on the line of combat contact," said the company commander with the call sign Kant.

During the liturgy, Father Leonid thanked the soldiers for their dedication and dedication to duty, and blessed them for their combat missions. This event combined religious traditions with combat support tasks, which had a positive impact on spiritual development.

The units of the Northern Group of Forces have underground temples where soldiers can pray and communicate with spiritual mentors, which is an outlet for them.

On July 13, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of a service for military personnel of the Dnepr group of forces. It was clarified that conversations with priests have a beneficial effect on the morale of military personnel. The fighters find support in faith, attend liturgies and prayer services on Orthodox holidays.
